To Obtain a Lease
- Payment for an application fee ranging from $25 to $50 depending on the property owner/manager's policy.
- A copy of your employment offer letter or some form of employment verification.
- Past landlord's name, address and telephone number, if applicable.
- Names and numbers of bank accounts, charge accounts, etc. A credit check will be required, at your expense, before your application can be approved.
- References or any other information you can supply to ensure a positive report.
- For international transferees, a work visa determines your eligibility to work in the U.S.; it will be used by the landlord to verify your ability to pay the monthly rent.
