YouTube Listing Channel

Wallingford, CT – Prudential Connecticut Realty has recently launched a new YouTube listings channel, providing its agents and clients with a new tool in real estate marketing.  The new channel is live and features over 300 listing videos, announced company President, Candace Adams.

The new channel, www.youtube.com/PrudentialCTRealty allows agents to create short videos of their listings and upload them directly to YouTube.  As the number two search engine behind Google, YouTube’s main demographic is adults between the ages of 18 and 54, in line with the ages of many first-time and repeat home buyers.  The channel was created to meet the growing technological needs of our agents, clients and potential buyers.

Through the YouTube Channel, sellers have the opportunity to attract more buyers to their listing with a video that is optimized for Google Search and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).  Buyers can view the videos of properties they are interested in and narrow their search before ever leaving their house.  The videos are compatible with all video players, don’t require any special software and are easily shared via e-mail or social media with YouTube’s embed feature.

When potential buyers find a property they are interested in viewing in person, they can easily contact the listing agent via a direct link in the listing videos description.  In an effort to ensure that the videos provide up-to-date property descriptions, the listing videos are automatically updated when any changes, such as pricing and upcoming open houses are made by the listing agent.
