Project Status

We are in the final stages with over 50% of the development sold out. As a result of our customers feedback we have made design changes to the Cambridge, Andover and Dover models. The new alternative floor plants can be viewed under Models. The new Andover ranch with the kitchen open to the family room and backing up to the woods is ready for your final selections. It can be closed within a month. Depending on lots, third floor bedrooms can be added on the first floor. We are excited to add new design changes as our community continues to grow. Riverpark Crossing is known for designing homes to meet each homeowner’s individual needs.
