Rocky Hill Enterprises, Inc. is a Connecticut Corporation incorporated in 1981. The principals, Ben Jr., Gene and Paul DeJohn, have a combined total of over 75 years experience in the home building industry. They have been involved in all phases of home building from project conception to the sales and marketing of over 500 homes. The DeJohn family has been building homes in Connecticut for five generations, tracing their building roots back to their great-great grandfather in Italy. Their honesty, integrity and dedication make building a home a team effort with their clients.
Rocky Hill Enterprises is presently a member for over 25 years of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Connecticut and the Home Builders Association of Hartford County.
Rocky Hill Enterprises is currently building Riverpark Crossing in Rocky Hill. They have successfully completed the following area subdivisions in addition to building individual custom homes in a variety of towns:
