CSS/CON - The Coalition to Strengthen the Sheldon/Charter Oak Neighborhood

CSS/CON is an community group whose mission is to promote a high quality of life through community participation to ensure that all residents treat one another with mutual respect. CSS/CON’s commitment to the Dutch Point project is to ensure clear communication, education, and advocacy for the resident. Their intention is also to provide leadership training opportunities to individuals and families, establishing connections with Dutch Point residents with local activities and events. As well as provide workforce development programming and youth activities and maintain a partnership with community through it’s Board of Directors, which is comprised of neighbors, community stakeholders, local business owners and the Hartford Police Department.
