D.R.D., Inc. has been in the home building business since its inception in 1989. D.R.D. has specialized in condominium construction, including planned developments, historic conversions of factories and multi-family's into one and two family units.
The most recent projects that D.R.D. Inc. have been involved with are 28 units for Mortson Putnam Heights 37 single units for Hillside Farms, 66 rental units for Washington Court Apartments, 74 rental units for Cityscape Apartments, 6 units for Cityscape Homes, and 168 rehabbed units for Yale University. Their most impressive past project was the transformation of a city block in Hartford, CT from vacant six family row houses and empty lots into 28 single family homes both new and rehabbed. Along with a major streetscape project, they turned a blighted neighborhood into elegant housing units. D.R.D., Inc. has won the City of Hartford Award for the rehabilitation of Mortson Street and the East Windsor Business Association for Millbrook Plaza.
