Unique Concept, Unique Location

Bordering the village square in Stonington’s most prestigious historic district is 101 Main, a unique concept designed to incorporate the traditional elements of an Historic New England fishing village with the finest in modern amenities and the convenience of a pedestrian community.
The site of the former Stonington Lumber Company, owned and operated by the Perry family for 73 years, 101 Main was conceptualized by Jim Goldenberg of Cathartes Private Investments of Boston.
Goldenberg, a regular visitor to the Borough of Stonington, caught a glimpse of the property after the lumber company had closed its doors and visualized something great there.
