I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1978 and have an advanced designation as ABR (Accredited
Buyers Representative), as well as a member of CAR (CT Association of
Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and served as director
for the Stamford Board of Realtors. I earned my
reputation as a multi-million dollar producer one house at a time.
I
have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in their home transactions
throughout Connecticut. I
love matching people with their dream homes and thrive in the negotiation
process.
I love
living in Stamford, a busy cosmopolitan center -- known as the "City that
Works" -- with its diverse neighborhoods offering wonderful housing
opportunities from entry level condos to stately North Stamford residences to
waterfront Shippan Point homes. No matter the price point, there are many
quality choices in this culturally diverse city and I
would welcome the opportunity to
share my favorite spots such as the Bartlett Arboretum, the Stamford Museum and
Nature Center, the Italian Center (where I swim, work out and play paddle and
tennis), in addition to Sterling Farms Public Golf course, the theaters, the
parks, and of course our Thanksgiving Parade Spectacular, which draws marching
bands from as far away as Texas, and thrills all ages with its incredible
helium balloons.
I have a tremendous
passion for real estate and my high energy level has earned me recognition in
Prudential's Leading Edge Society, Honor Circle, and highest customer
satisfaction award. I have earned honors placing in the top 3% of
Prudential Real Estate Affiliate agents nationwide and have been awarded the
Five Star Real Estate Professional for 2011 & 2012. I am a member of the
Stamford Chamber of Commerce, the NSCCE (North Stamford Citizen for the Environment),
serve on the Social Action at the Church of the Holy Spirit as well am proud to be involved with Prudential's Sunshine Kids
Charity which raises money for children with cancer.
