Biography

Robert Pulitano, a Greenwich resident for 42 years, began his career as a real estate sales professional in 2006 with Harbor Realty, a boutique office in Greenwich. The year 2011 ushered in unique economic challenges which could best be met by the marketing strength of a highly reputable real estate firm such as Prudential Connecticut Realty, where he joined the team this past August.

Rob's degree in architecture and subsequent employment in his family's architectural practice in Greenwich since 1989 has given him an appreciation of Greenwich's fine properties as well as extensive knowledge of Greenwich zoning laws, which makes him a valuable asset.  His experience has also caused him to become involved in determining the feasibility of speculative building through the strong market leading to 2007 up to the present market.

He is an active member of his local Catholic parish, as well as husband, father of three teenaged boys and youth football coach for eight years. Rob knows that his position as role model and coach requires him to maintain the highest levels of respect and integrity in order to remain effective. He finds this can always be accomplished by religiously following the "Golden Rule”: Treat others as we would wish to be treated.

His principled approach to life has served him and clients well.  He takes great honor in the trust granted him by his clients to guide them through what is quite often the most significant financial transaction they will undertake-the purchase or sale of their homes.

In addition to volunteering as youth football coach, he served on the board of directors of the Gateway Youth Football League for three years.  He is a continuing supporter of the Christian Foundation for Children and the Aged (CFCA), where his assistance has sustained a young boy and his family in the Philippines for the past seven years.

Rob is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
