Nikki Travaglino - Realtor, ABR, SRES
Born and raised on the Connecticut Shoreline, Nikki can't imagine living anywhere else. For her, the shoreline is a perfect place to raise a family and create long lasting friendships. When she is not assisting her clients with their important investments, Nikki enjoys renovating her home, gardening and painting. She and her family also enjoy taking trips to NYC, Newport, Cape Cod and hiking/skiing the many New England trail systems with their Wheaton Terrier Clyde.
Recognizing that every client is unique, Nikki looks forward to exceeding their expectations and helping them reach their real estate goals. As a seasoned professional, Nikki has the positive outlook and calm demeanor you need to make the right decisions in Connecticut real estate. She not only brings a wealth of experience in handling transactions, her expertise in home renovation, building and property management will help you to make educated decisions.
In 1994 Nikki started a company, Bella Casa Properties, that has successfully turned a dozen dilapidated properties into quality housing. She also had the opportunity to work for nationally published architect Duo Dickinson where she was able to watch the design build process from start to finish.
Liana Grabowski is an integral part of the Nikki Travaglino team! She graduated from Alburtus Magnus College with a B.A. in English but found her calling in real estate. As a lifetime Madison Resident and Connecticut native, Liana knows the shoreline. She specializes in Waterfront Properties in Madison, Guilford, Clinton, Westbrook and Old Saybrook as well as Residential, Condo, New Construction and Multi Family Homes in all surrounding areas. Liana is a member of the Connecticut Board of Realtors, the Mid Shore Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Maureen Rynne - Realtor
Maureen recently joined the team and is quickly becoming a key member. She graduated from Quinnipiac with a B.S. in Finance and has been a realtor since 2005. Understanding that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions in a person’s lifetime, Maureen’s main focus is to provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate process. She has also managed investment properties and can appreciate the needs of both landlords and tenants. A lifetime resident of Connecticut, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Middlesex Shoreline Association of Realtors.
Shea Crosby takes on the role of the marketing coordinator for Nikki Travaglino Associates. She graduated with a B.S. from Bryant University with a concentration in Marketing and Management. As owner of Seize the Day, LLC, Shea Crosby has a wide range of experience with marketing in the local shoreline community. Marketing is an important aspect of real estate since the main goal is to get the information to the public utilizing everything from posting listings to social media marketing.
