A Connecticut Licensed Real Estate Broker, John has 25 years of experience working with both buyers and sellers in Greenwich. His prior experience, managing a real estate office for 10 years where he oversaw countless real estate transactions, has given John an expertise in successfully handling listings and sales, regardless of complexity. Previous to his real estate career, John worked for 23 years in various Sales and Marketing positions for Holt, Rinehart and Winston, a division of CBS, Inc.
Throughout his career in Real Estate, John has continued to study his field, earning designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM). In addition, John has completed courses in the Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Law.
His professional affiliations include memberships in the National,Connecticut, and Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
John's knowledge of Greenwich and involvement in various aspects of community life have given him a broad knowledge of all that this community has to offer. His experiences include being a member of the Greenwich Representative Town Meeting (Distict 8) and the Greenwich Republican Town Committee. He is also a member of Christ Episcopal Church, The Milbrook Club, and The Old Greenwich Yacht Club. He and his wife, Jane, have been residents of Greenwich for 34 years.
