Before you begin, let me first introduce myself.

My goal in being a real estate professional is to teach my buyers and sellers about the sales process from beginning to end.  For a buyer, this means the ability to avoid the 10 mistakes buyers often make when purchasing a home.  For sellers, it means the ability to sell the property for the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of day-to-day hassle. 

I specialize in residential, condos, and land in Western Ct., the Valley, Southbury, Woodbury, Middlebury, Greater Waterbury, and Naugatuck. Having worked in these areas for the last 27 years, my knowledge of the towns and the properties in them is very helpful to buyers locating there or sellers when it comes to marketing their properties. The communities I serve offer a wide range of homes including first time buyer afforable condos and homes, country estates, horse properties, investment properties, and 55+ subdivisions.

My achievements in real estate include the Founder's Club, Multi-Million Dollar Club, New Salesperson of the Year, and 2004 Salesperson of the Year for the entire company. All of these achievements are a direct result of providing outstanding service for my clients, from the very beginning of the transaction straight through the closing and beyond.

I am a graduate of Georgian Court College in Lakewood, NJ, with a BA in French and a minor in secondary education, and hold a master's in clinical psychology. In addition, I am a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the NRA, the Parents' Television Council, the John Birch Society, Pi Delta Phi, and a charter member of the national World War II memorial. These very eclectic tastes help me to be able to relate to all types of personalities when negotiating on behalf of my clients.

I also hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, providing service and information to those interested in active adult communities or reverse mortgages.
