Gregg Wagner as Vice President of Operations for the Shoreline Region
June 2006 -- Prudential Connecticut Realty announced recently that Gregg Wagner has been appointed Vice President of Operations for the Shoreline Region. In his new capacity, Gregg will be responsible for day-to-day operations, recruiting and training for the region that encompasses Prudential Connecticut Realty offices from Madison to Watch Hill, Rhode Island. Gregg will also lead the New Homes and Land Division, evaluating and marketing land and subdivision assets in the Middlesex and New London Counties.
Gregg Wagner's 18 years of real estate experience includes sales, investment research, valuation, residential development, asset management, and managerial experience in commercial and residential brokerage. During his career, Gregg also served as a Commercial Investment Manager where he earned the highest sales awards for three years running.
