Spanning nearly thirty years, Candace Adam’s career has melded all aspects of the real estate business including sales, management, and ownership; making her one of the most respected executives in the country today. She is an active participant of industry boards and groups including Realty Alliance and Vision, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for CTMLS. In 2008, Candace was named one of the “Eight Most Remarkable Women” in business in Connecticut. She was just recently awarded the “Woman of FIRE” award in 2011 by The Commercial Record.

Candace’s commitment to relationships and values continues to be the driving force of her success. Servicing clients beyond their expectations remains her prime focus in her role as CEO/President of Prudential Connecticut Realty. Under her guidance as CEO/President, the company has grown 46 percent, with 1,600 sales executives and 52 locations throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island.
