Meggan Douglas - Since entering the real estate industry in 2000, Meggan has experienced some exciting & challenging market conditions. She is a fourth generation Rowayton resident and is actively involved in her community. Being the daughter of a local builder has helped her to assist her clients with insight and experience to achieve their goals- whether those be learning about home renovation or simply passing along a trusted referral. Meggan also continues to try and improve her skills by taking regular coursework on real estate. She has recently participated in the Floyd Wickman Sales Training Program & Brian Buffini Turning Point Workshops. And finally, she looks forward to completing her Accredited Staging Professional coursework this coming year to better assist her sellers in preparation for getting their homes on the market. Meggan was awarded the "Leading Edge" award for her 2006 sales at Prudential Connecticut, which placed her in the top 9% of Prudential Agents nationwide.
In her spare time, Meggan enjoys running, playing tennis, and making pottery. She lives in Rowayton with her husband, Joe, and their bulldog, Rosie.

A lifetime resident of Darien, Joe understands the Rowayton-Darien community like few other Realtors. In addition to his competence and perseverance in finding his clients’ dream homes, Joe has extensive knowledge of local government from his days as a member of the Representative Town Meeting (RTM).
Additionally, his unique talents in helping others and his commitment to the community, are underscored by his numerous volunteer activities. He is a member of the Noroton Fire Department, a sponsor for the St. Luke’s Senior High school Youth Group, and a hockey coach for five-year-olds.
Joe’s extensive experience in customer service, sales and management began at the Darien Sport Shop and continued with Abercrombie and Fitch for the next 3 years. There he oversaw a high volume retail operation, grossing $3.6 million in sales, and managing a staff of more than 150 employees. He then parlayed his sales expertise into the insurance and finance fields.
Joe’s public service and business experience have taught him that hard work, attention to detail, negotiating with integrity and listening to people are the key ingredients to providing the best possible service, lessons that he now applies to his clients.
