Vice President of Operations, Shoreline Region
Gregg B. Wagner was appointed Vice President of Operations of Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Shoreline Region in June of 2006. Wagner previously held the position of Office Leader of Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Old Saybrook and Essex offices. Wagner is responsible for 15 offices and roughly 500 sales associates serving Connecticut and south western Rhode Island.
Previously, Wagner spent five years with the Beazley Company, culminating with the role of Manager of their Commercial Investment Division.
Wagner was first licensed to sell real estate in 1986 and during his career has managed real estate companies in the Florida and Hilton Head Island, South Carolina markets.
Over the years he has been a member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR), South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR), Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC)(ABR, ABRM), Realtors Land Institute (RLI), Home Builders Association of Hartford County, CT (HBA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), World Wide Recreation & Resort Sales Council (WRRSC), Quality Service Certified (QSC), Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), Council of Residential Specialists, (CRS) Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Connecticut Commercial Investment Division (CID).
Wagner, a Greenwich, Connecticut native, attended Drew University and the University of Lund, in Sweden. He currently resides in Madison, Connecticut, with his wife and daughter.
