As a full time career professional, I know how to explain the real estate process step by step, as well as practices & principles. In taking away some of the mystery from buying & selling, my customers have a much better real estate experience. Because I know the real estate business, I know how to make things happen & where to find buyers. I know how to negotiate a contract & how to take care of all the details from contract to closing.
Before coming to CT to become a real estate agent, I was a building contractor, teacher & dancer in California. I also partnered in a bookkeeping business. I am an active member of Nat'l Assoc of Reators, CT Assoc of Realtors, Fresh Connections Business Group, as well as a member of both the Killingworth & Madison Chambers of Commerce. Bachelor Fine Arts from Univ of Utah in Salt Lake City, Master Fine Arts from UCLA in Los Angeles and I performed with Dance Choreographers of Los Angeles.
