Prudential Connecticut Commercial Real Estate Announces Lease Agreement for 850 Canal Street in Stamford

          Prudential Connecticut Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce a lease agreement for the first floor of 850 Canal Street in Stamford, CT. 

          Darie Donovan, of Prudential Connecticut Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, Connecticut Antiques Center, in this transaction.  The landlord, Frank Mercede & Sons, owners of the Harbor Square office complex, represented themselves.

          The leasing agreement encompasses the entire the first floor of this mill-style retail and office building.  The 14,500 square feet of space will be used by the tenant to provide space for antiques dealers selling a wide variety of antiques and collectibles.   The tenant was displaced by a fire earlier in the fall.
