Prudential Connecticut Realty Joins Forces With The Beazley Company

Combination will expand statewide presence for Prudential

Prudential Connecticut Realty announces that it has acquired the 16 corporate owned offices of The William T. Beazley Company, Inc. of New Haven, Connecticut. With the completion of this transaction, Prudential Connecticut Realty strengthens its statewide presence, serving customers throughout Connecticut. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Beazley Company, based in New Haven, Connecticut, has more than 400 agents and 16 corporate owned offices throughout the state. Beazley is Connecticut's oldest independent real estate company, with more than $800 million in sales volume in 2004 working with residential, investment, commercial, and industrial properties. Several independently owned and operated Beazley affiliate offices were not included in the transaction.
