Accepting Donations For Hurricane Relief

63 office locations throughout Connecticut accepting donations

September 2, 2005 - Prudential Connecticut Realty, the state's largest real estate company, announces that the company will accept donations for Hurricane Katrina victims at each of its 63 offices across Connecticut. The company will also accept donations at its office in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. The offices of Prudential Connecticut Realty are open every day of the week.

At this time of enormous need in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast, we urge our customers, friends and colleagues to assist those impacted by Hurricane Katrina," said Candace Adams, president of Prudential Connecticut Realty. "We are happy to provide this service and hope that the items we collect will help to ease some of the burden of this tragedy."

According to the Red Cross, donations that are the most helpful at this point are bottled water, nonperishable snacks/food items, diapers, batteries, tents and tarps.
